Beware of scams: All payments for leasing with QUINN should only be made through your Resident Portal. Never use wire transfers or peer-to-peer payment apps like Zelle, PayPal, or Cash App. It’s important to note that QUINN employees will never ask for your username and password.
Processing a leasing application usually takes up to 24-48 hours. During this period, you may receive emails requesting additional information. To avoid delays or cancellation, promptly upload the required documents. If we do not receive the necessary documents in a timely manner, your application may be canceled, and the home will be relisted.
