We know how busy life can be, and we wanted to provide you an option that makes the selection of an Insurance policy simple, while meeting your lease requirements.
OPTION 1 > Our Preferred Provider
Include the insurance premium with your monthly rent payment and save yourself time! This policy with Assurant meets your insurance requirement and includes:
OPTION 2 > Provide Proof of Insurance
If you already have a renter’s insurance policy that meets the lease requirements, select this option to upload your proof of coverage (you’ll need the ‘Declaration Page’ and policy number from your renter’s insurance provider).
OPTION 3 > We will take care of it
To ensure lease requirements are met, a liability-only policy will be secured on your behalf with Assurant and the cost will be added to your monthly rent – it will not cover your belongings in case there’s a loss.

Assurant will send you an email from donotreply.pol@assurant.com with important information related to submitting your proof of insurance to fulfill your mandatory insurance requirement.
The mandatory $100,000 in liability coverage for the Insured address. Although not required, we also suggest purchasing $15,000 or $20,000 in personal property coverage (to protect your belongings).
