Quinn pays all HOA dues but if you choose a home located in an HOA, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all HOA rules and regulations. If you violate a HOA rule, then you will be asked to resolve it and if not, Quinn will fix the problem, but you will be required to reimburse Quinn for any costs and associated fines with the HOA violation.
